Founded in 2026 on decades of operator conviction.
BetaMark was founded in 2026 on a single conviction: that the next century of global industrial capacity will be co-authored by Africa, and that getting there responsibly requires operators with patience, discipline and roots on the continent.
We are an early-stage group anchored by two flagship development projects — a copper concession in the Zambian Copperbelt and a gold scoping study in Ghana — supported by a leadership team drawn from senior roles at established African mining majors.
Our ambition is to build, over the coming decade, one of Africa's most institutionally governed mineral and infrastructure groups — and to remain unapologetically African in posture as we scale.
